Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, compassionate, and tech-savvy Member Support Specialist to provide world-class service to our members. You’ll be the first point of contact for questions about accounts, orders, and app navigation — ensuring every member receives accurate, empathetic, and timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with onboarding, order tracking, and account updates
- Provide empathetic, solutions-focused support at all times
- Troubleshoot and escalate clinical or technical concerns as needed
- Document all member interactions in the CRM
- Follow up on open cases to ensure complete resolution
- Support enrollment, retention, and outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ year of customer/member service or healthcare support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Empathetic and proactive problem solver
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
