Responsibilities/Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting in the coordination of patient services. - Administer Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy along with varies other IV and subcutaneous medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct health assessments and provide education to patients and their families on treatment, side effects and care.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the patient's electronic medical record.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New York
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
