Join our caring, mission-driven team as a Housekeeper at Carroll Lutheran Village!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with every other weekend required.
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role performs daily housekeeping duties in accordance with facility standards, policies, and infection control procedures.
Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and sanitize high-touch surfaces
Clean specialized areas, including bathing facilities and utility rooms
Assist with room turnover and guest room preparation
Support housekeeping needs throughout the community as needed
Safely operate housekeeping equipment and supplies
Follow safety and infection control procedures
Participate in required training and perform other duties as assigned
