We Are Hiring: Graphic / Product Designer
We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer, Product Designer, or a Graphic Designer with product design experience to join our team in Perry, Iowa! Whether your background is purely in graphic design, product design, or a blend of both, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will create custom designs for our T.C&B. and AuthenticBrand customers, helping them globally represent their brands and universities. About the Role
- Position: Full-Time Graphic / Product Designer
- Location: On-site in Perry, Iowa (We're an in-person crew—no remote or freelance here!)

Key Responsibilities
- Take rough ideas and concepts straight from our customers and bring them to life as awesome virtual designs.
- Create fresh, original gear—like apparel, hats, bags, and accessories—for 18 different collegiate licenses throughout the Midwest.
- Create logos for cool, nationally recognized businesses of all shapes and sizes.
- Occasionally help out with studio photography and editing images (this is a nice-to-have, but definitely not a dealbreaker if you don't have experience with it!).
What We Are Looking For
- The Right Fit: Open to Graphic Designers, Product Designers, or Graphic Designers who love product/apparel design.
- Attention to Detail: A rock-solid attention to detail is a must for this role—you care about the little things and making sure final designs are perfect.
- Tech Skills: Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a nice-to-have, but not required.
- Experience: 1–2 years of industry experience is required.
- School: A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field is required.
- Fashion & Product Interest: A genuine interest in apparel and fashion (knowing the basics about logos, embroidery, and where designs look best on a shirt or cap).
- Soft Skills: Great communication skills, a desire to learn, and a drive to level up your career.
