As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our evening and weekend coverage and are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our on-site operations team.
This part-time, in-person role provides essential evening and weekend support for our operations team. The Logistics Support Representative will monitor active shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, and proactively address issues to ensure freight continues moving smoothly outside of standard business hours.

Location: In-person at our Crestview Hills location

Place outbound calls to existing accounts to confirm drivers are on schedule for pickup and delivery

Answer inbound calls and accurately assess customer or carrier needs, primarily related to shipment updates or route issues

Monitor shipments and identify potential issues, escalating urgent matters to the appropriate sales or operations team

Accurately document all customer and carrier interactions within the TMS

Manage incoming emails, texts, and electronic updates in a timely and professional manner

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working evening and weekend shifts

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with basic computer systems; TMS experience is a plus
