Jewelry Sales & Customer Service Associate (Repairs & Sales)
Nina's Jewelry & Watches is a family-owned jewelry store proudly serving South Florida for over 30 years. We specialize in fine jewelry, watches, jewelry repairs, watch repairs, engraving, custom jewelry, and buying gold, silver, diamonds, and coins.
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented team member who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Sales experience is required / Jewelry experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, honesty, and a willingness to learn are even more important. We provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Build rapport and understand each customer's needs.
- Assist customers with jewelry and watch purchases.
- Accurately receive and document jewelry and watch repairs.
- Write detailed repair tickets and inspect items for existing condition.
- Explain repair services, timelines, and pricing clearly.
- Process sales using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain clean, organized showcases and displays.
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Support inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations.
- Follow company procedures for handling valuable customer property.
