About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Finishing Technician to join a dynamic production team. You will be responsible for applying high-quality protective finishes to metal components, ensuring every piece meets rigorous durability and aesthetic standards through precise application techniques.
Responsibilities-
Execute surface preparation tasks including masking, cleaning, and sanding to ensure optimal coating adhesion.

Operate industrial spray equipment, specifically Gema guns, to achieve uniform powder coat coverage.

Manage the curing process by monitoring oven temperatures and cycle times to guarantee a professional-grade finish.

Perform detailed visual and tactile inspections to verify coating thickness, texture, and color accuracy.

Maintain equipment performance and workspace cleanliness to support high-volume production efficiency.

Execute rework or touch-up procedures to ensure 100% quality compliance before final shipment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements to maintain a secure and productive manufacturing environment.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or metal finishing.

Proficiency with manual spray equipment and Gema coating systems.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high quality control standards.

Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial production setting.
