JOB TITLE: Health Plan Enrollment Representative

Job Overview:
As the Health Plan Enrollment Rep you will travel onsite to employee events and assist with member enrollment. The ideal candidate has experience with health plan enrollment, eligibility, and insurance operations and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of health plan enrollment, eligibility, insurance or healthcare operations experience.
- Experience processing member enrollments, eligibility, and demographic updates.
- Experience verifying eligibility and resolving enrollment discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to local employee events.
- Process member and group enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updates.
- Update demographic information, PCP assignments, and enrollment records.
- Verify member eligibility and resolve enrollment discrepancies.
- Process retroactive eligibility changes and maintain accurate enrollment data.
- Review enrollment files for completeness and accuracy before system uploads.
- Respond to eligibility inquiries and coordinate with brokers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Generate member correspondence and process duplicate ID card requests.
- Perform data validation, audits, and inventory control activities.
- Maintain PHI confidentiality and comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Support open enrollment and annual enrollment activities.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
