Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and interventions tailored to students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Develop, modify, and implement IEPs while maintaining compliance with all legal requirements
- Collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and families to ensure inclusive, individualized support
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student progress and classroom activities
- Establish a positive classroom culture that encourages growth, independence, and respect for all abilities
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as needed
