Job Opportunity: Lead Medical Proffessional- Registered Nurse – Prime IV Hydration and Wellness

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to take charge of our clinical team, set the bar for excellence in IV therapy and client relationships, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical staff. This is a leadership role—ideal for an RN who thrives in both patient care and team management.
✨The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- IV Therapy Expertise: Lead the team in achieving near 1:1 stick rate; set the standard for skill, safety, and confidence in IV administration.
- Client Experience: Ensure every guest receives our One- Hour vacation with professional, compassionate, and confidential experience in line with our luxury wellness culture. Outgoing and friendly with a natural ability to build client relationships.
- Leadership & Training: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor medical staff; oversee ongoing development and education of the nursing team.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Establish work schedules and staff assignments according to Medical Director guidance and workload demands.
- Wellness Planning: Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, and implement personalized client wellness programs. Guiding clients on health and wellness journey through sales of memberships and elevations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain supplies and research pricing with approved vendors; ensure stock levels support efficient operations.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate medical records, vitals, and reports; uphold all HIPAA confidentiality standards. Ensure that spa runs in compliance to the medical protocols and procedures in place.
- Operational Reporting: Prepare updates for ownership on staffing, programs, and overall business health.
- Other Duties: Support overall spa operations and ownership as needed. Encourage and train team on building client relationships, selling memberships, additives, and additional items to elevate and meet our clients health and wellness goals as well as business goals.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Accredited college degree in Nursing with an active RN license.
- Demonstrated strength in IV administration and comfort in a wellness-spa environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and empathetic client care.
- Leadership/management experience preferred; medical office management a plus.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, time, and team performance effectively.
- History of continued professional education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing personality and friendly personality
- Ability to work CRM and Social Media outlets

Gratuities are an important part of this position and range from $5-$10 per hour.
