Carpenter
· Rough Carpentry, framing, door and window install
· Finish Carpentry miscellaneous interior trim work including base, case, door hardware, etc.
· Punch-out commercial buildings.
· Unloading and loading deliveries using telehandler
· Touch up painting
· Miscellaneous labor including cleaning interior and exterior of the building
Metal Building Construction
· Additional duties as assigned by Superintendent
The skills and knowledge we look for in a Carpenter are:
· Experience in construction or other related fields
· Experience with Forklift and Skidsteer operation
· Knowledge of construction site safety protocols
· Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
· Willingness to work 8-10 hours per day
· Responsible, accountable, and dedicated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour
