We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly demeanor.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and service areas.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and menu items is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
