Young’s Teriyaki is hiring Front-of-House Team Members.
We are a locally owned restaurant and are growing rapidly. We are looking for dependable, friendly team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Provide helpful menu recommendations to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Process payments and balance transactions accurately
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or server experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Alcohol service requirement:
This position may include the service of alcoholic beverages. Applicants must be legally eligible to serve alcohol in California and must be able to obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification as required by California law.
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
