Lead and supervise banquet staff during events
Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown
Ensure all functions run smoothly and on schedule
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and event managers
Provide outstanding guest service and handle requests or concerns promptly
Train and mentor banquet team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
Previous banquet or hospitality leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
