Aero Maintenance Pro is launching a new FAA Part 145 Repair Station in Caldwell, Idaho focused on high-quality general aviation and turbine aircraft maintenance. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and help build the repair station, quality system, and culture from day one.
We are seeking an experienced A&P with Inspection Authorization who wants to step into a leadership role and help create a best-in-class maintenance organization.
This is an on-site relocation position.
Position Overview
This is not a typical A&P role.
This is a founding leadership position responsible for helping build and implement the systems, procedures, and culture required for a new FAA Part 145 Repair Station.
The selected candidate will work directly with company leadership to develop manuals, establish the quality system, interface with the FAA, and transition into a key leadership role within the repair station.
If you are excited by building something from the ground up and taking ownership of a growing organization, this role is for you.
