Modular One Office Installers is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and lead a dedicated team that plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Manager, you will:
- Under the direction of the Projects and Installation Director. This position will lead all aspects of warehouse operations, shipping & receiving of freight. Scheduling inbound deliveries, creating delivery routes and scheduling with clients for the Modular One installation team.
- Ensure products received in good condition and verify product quantities, inspecting for damage, and ensuring accuracy against purchase orders. If there is damage, ensure proper documentation and photos are taken before the delivery driver leaves our warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of new products/orders and ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and protected from damage.
- Ensure orders for delivery are accurately pulled, assembled, staged, wrapped, and ready for daily loading so installation crews can complete customer projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage and organize used inventory stored within the warehouse.
- Track replacement products and coordinate communication with Projects & Installation Director and Project Manager’s to ensure replacement items are scheduled and delivered promptly.
- Update and maintain warehouse information within the company's job flow and inventory management systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall customer service. Supervise, mentor, and support warehouse and installation team members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Daily payroll responsibilities include accurate timekeeping of the employees daily.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while promoting safe work practices throughout the team.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and material flow.
- Experience with inventory management software, Word & Excel; familiarity with Trello or similar project management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize workloads, and motivate a team to meet deadlines.
- Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to lead by example.
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift 35 pounds periodically.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
