About the Role:
Join CBRE as a Facilities Coordinator supporting a globally recognized industry leader at its corporate campus in Farmington, CT. This fully onsite role supports day-to-day facilities operations across a four-building office campus, working closely with client leadership, vendors, engineers, project management teams, and workplace occupants. What You'll Do:
Coordinate and track facility-related work orders, ensuring requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, and administrative records using SAP and other client systems.
Escort service providers and vendors throughout the campus while ensuring compliance with site access requirements.
Support visitor management activities, including processing guests and issuing temporary badges through the client visitor system.
Maintain inventory and stock executive office and conference areas with workplace supplies and refreshments.
Provide administrative support including data entry, document management, email correspondence, and occasional phone support.
Attend weekly client meetings, capture detailed meeting notes, and distribute information to stakeholders.
Partner with facilities, engineering, and project management teams to support smooth day-to-day campus operations across four walkable office buildings. What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED required; administrative, facilities, customer service, or office coordination experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
Experience working with business systems such as SAP, Coupa, IFM Hub, or similar platforms is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
Confidence taking detailed notes during meetings and communicating professionally with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Ability to navigate a multi-building campus, escort vendors, and perform tasks requiring regular walking throughout the workday.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a highly visible client-facing environment supporting executive and operational teams.
