Job Overview
We are seeking Roofers and Labor Helpers, preferably with some experience in commercial/flat roofing for summer and fall help, long term potential. 1099 Independent contractor Weekly Pay. Working most days its not raining.
Duties
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial flat roofs using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as roofing membranes, insulation boards, and metal components safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or roofing is highly preferred; familiarity with commercial roofing projects is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during installation or repair tasks
- Basic handyman experience or skills in carpentry, tile laying, or stucco application will be beneficial
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites to maintain a secure work environment
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
