Hours: 4pm-8 pm, could extend to 4pm-9pm, 2-4 evenings/week

The family is looking for someone with a steady, patient presence who values consistency and can create a peaceful, engaging environment after a busy day. Their 3-year-old especially enjoys one-on-one attention and interaction, so they would love a caregiver who is warm, attentive, and genuinely enjoys connecting with young children. The family is hoping to find someone for at least the next six months, with the possibility of a longer-term arrangement.
Qualifications
- 3 years of recent childcare/family assistant experience
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
