Job Description:
CJK Builders is seeking a dependable, skilled Handyman to handle a range of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects across residential and commercial properties. This role requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties
- Assemble, install, and repair various structures, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections as needed
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately track time, materials, and project details
Qualifications:
- Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in construction trades preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.)
