Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment
- Assist in managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement business strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience as a General Manager in the hospitality or food industry
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams
- Ability to conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Culinary or bartending experience is a plus
