Security Officer Patrol Response Officer
As a Security Officer Patrol Response Officer in Mountain View, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and media location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a secure environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required, and support visitor, employee, and contractor access processes in a professional manner.

Support a dynamic tech and media location by observing for policy violations, reporting maintenance or operational concerns, and communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.
-
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
