What You'll Do as an Assembler:-
Perform basic assembly tasks to meet required production quality and efficiency standards

Read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation to complete assembly operations accurately

Assemble, crimp, and prepare components using defined processes and materials per customer specifications

Operate hand tools, equipment, and machinery to complete assembly tasks
-
Use adhesives, clean parts, and perform finishing steps as required by work instructions

Maintain accurate assembly records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
-
Follow all quality and safety procedures while supporting department performance goals

Participate in training, continuous improvement efforts, and support process updates as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:-
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Basic experience using computers or electronic systems

Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components or repetitive tasks

Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment (preferred)

Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations #IndeedNorth
