REMEDI8® is seeking a Traveling Construction Supervisor to lead field crews on healthcare and commercial projects throughout the United States.
This role is ideal for an experienced construction leader with a background in drywall, interiors, framing, firestop, or commercial construction who enjoys developing teams, driving quality results, and solving problems in the field.

Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor field technicians and inspectors
- Manage daily field operations on commercial and healthcare construction projects
- Coordinate workforce schedules, project staffing, and job progress
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Conduct quality control reviews and field audits
- Verify installations meet project specifications and applicable codes
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to leadership
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Review field reports, documentation, and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Project Teams
- Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, materials, and company assets
- Develop crew members through coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Identify field challenges and implement effective solutions
Travel Requirements
This is a traveling leadership role supporting projects nationwide.
- Frequent travel required on a 10/4 rotation
- Company-paid flights, hotels, and transportation
- Work primarily in healthcare and commercial facilities
- Travel volume varies based on project assignments and market needs
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years supervising construction crews
- Experience in commercial construction, drywall, framing, interiors, firestop, or related trades
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage project execution
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing safety, quality, and productivity expectations
- Ability to read plans, drawings, and project documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and mobile technology
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare construction experience
- Firestop installation or inspection experience
- Knowledge of NFPA, IBC, and UL standards
- Experience interpreting Life Safety Plans
- Hilti, STI, or related industry certifications
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to climb ladders and work above ceiling spaces
- Ability to work in confined spaces and containment units
- Ability to safely lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions
