Responsible for Condo and HOA collection and foreclosure matters for assigned Associations. Maintain the PRIMARY point of contact for managers and Board Members for collections.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Conduct property records searches.

Prepare first and second demand letters.

Prepare Claims of Liens.

Prepare estoppels and handle estoppel disputes.

Negotiate for settlement and payment plans between the owner and the Association.

Serve as the primary point of contact for owner communications.

Prepare status reports.
- Conduct a status meeting with the Board of Directors upon request.

Timely handle payment disbursements.

Prepare Release of Liens.

Monitor bankruptcy cases & appropriate filings.

Monitor MFC cases & appropriate filings.

Prepare tenant rent demands.
Qualifications:-
Computer skills, detail orientation, communication skills, professionalism, team orientation, initiative, solution-oriented, analytical, and research skills.

One to three years of experience in a professional office environment with related litigation experience preferred.
