Pay & Perks
· $15 - $20+/hour (based on role, experience & credentials)
· Monday–Friday | 9am - 6p shifts | No nights or weekends
· 7–15 days PTO, paid Birthday day off, 8 paid holidays plus paid winter break (Christmas Eve through New Year's Day)

What we’re looking for
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) or equivalent preferred
· Early childhood experience preferred
· Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
· Reliable transportation to Raleigh, 27615
· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs for child safety

Responsibilities
· Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
· Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
· Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
· Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
· Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
