Duties
- Shampooing and assisting stylists
- Support senior stylists by preparing clients and assisting during hair treatments, styling, coloring, and extensions
- Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Support the team (towels, color prep, organization)
- Assist in upselling salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Must be available Friday and Saturday
Skills
- Familiarity with hair care products, hair coloring techniques, hair extensions, and sanitation protocols
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- Experience working in the beauty industry or a cosmetology background preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Understanding of color theory principles to assist with color services confidently
