Job Description
Hyundai-Mobis Parts Miami (MPMI), LLC, a subsidiary of Hyundai MOBIS, is seeking a Data-Driven Marketing Analyst to join our Miami, FL team.
This role supports the growth of our Accessories and Aftermarket business across Latin America and the Caribbean through marketing operations, sales support, distributor communication, order management, reporting, and business development initiatives.
Additionally, approximately 30% of the role will support Brand Protection activities, including presentations, webinars, stakeholder coordination, and regional projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Operations & Reporting & Compliance
- Contribute to accessory programs, sales campaigns, commercial initiatives, and product enhancement activities to support sales growth and customer engagement.
- Maintain communication with distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding orders, promotions, product availability, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate the end-to-end order process, including order receipt, purchase order placement, supplier follow up, shipment status monitoring, back-order monitoring, inventory review, and distributor communication.
- Prepare reports, business reviews, dashboards, presentations, and management updates as required.
- Support business trips, distributor visits, training sessions, events, customer meetings, and cross-functional projects assigned by management.
Brand Protection Support (30%)
- Provide support for Brand Protection business trip presentations, including presentation materials, country-specific updates, and follow-up documentation as requested by management.
- Support Brand Protection webinars, training sessions, and stakeholder communication with distributors, subsidiaries, as needed.
- Assist with consolidation of information required for Brand Protection reports, presentations, webinars, and management updates.
Nonessential Functions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in order processing, customer support, sales administration, marketing operations, automotive parts, accessories, or distribution business is preferred.
- Prior internship experience in a corporate environment is beneficial.
Skills
- Proficiency Microsoft office.
- Fluency in English and Spanish both verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills
- Data analysis and dashboarding. Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.

-Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Physical Demands
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50%.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
