Advanced Dermatologic Surgery is seeking a highly motivated Medical Assistant (MA) with strong multitasking skills to join our fast-paced skin cancer surgery clinic. This is a full-time position working directly with patients in a Mohs Surgery clinic, assisting with Mohs and other dermatologic procedures.

Schedule
Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Occasional Friday shifts required.
What You'll Do
- Room patients, take vitals, and document medical histories
- Assist physicians during Mohs surgery and other dermatologic procedures
- Set up and break down procedure rooms, maintaining a sterile field
- Prepare surgical trays, instruments, and supplies
- Provide patient education on wound care and post-procedure instructions
- Handle specimen labeling and processing
- Keep accurate records in our EMR system [eClinicalWorks]
What We're Looking For
- Prior dermatology, surgical, or clinical experience a plus (we're willing to train the right candidate)
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a calm, professional manner with patients
