Job Overview:
As the Reliable Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Back to Work Program. Your role is essential in ensuring our clients are placed in jobs with our corporate partners and receive the support needed to succeed. You will manage a variety of tasks, including client interviews, job placement, payroll processing, safety training, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Corporate Partnerships: Build and sustain relationships with corporate partners, including weekly site visits and monthly 2nd and 3rd shift visits.
- Client Placement: Conduct interviews, assess client qualifications, and match them with appropriate job opportunities. Ensure clients complete necessary paperwork (Reliable Profile Sheet/Resume) and forward it to corporate partners.
- Payroll Management: Collect weekly timesheets from corporate partners, enter data into payroll tracking sheets, and submit to the payroll office. After payroll is processed, review and verify payroll accuracy, ensuring all information is correct before confirming with payroll.
- Safety and Training: Lead weekly safety meetings, including distributing pay stubs and conducting safety talks.
- Client Enrollment: Complete enrollment paperwork for new clients before they start work, including I-9, W-4, and other necessary forms.
- Accident Investigations: Investigate on-the-job accidents, including site visits, taking photos, interviewing witnesses, and completing injury reports. Monitor client recovery and ensure adherence to doctors’ orders for return to work.
- Class Coverage: Occasionally step in to teach or provide coverage for staff on vacation.

Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver’s license for the past 3 consecutive years and be at least 25 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check. No violent charges are allowed.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others in a variety of situations and adapt to changing needs.
- Drug Screening: Must pass a drug screen, including Kratom, fentanyl, and 10 or 14-panel tests.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills and experience with Excel (minimum 3 years). Ability to learn our software system quickly.
- Flexibility: This role requires flexibility. You may be called to address issues with corporate partners even on your day off.
Work Hours for this position is Sunday - Thurs 8a - 5p

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $16.50 per hour, based on experience, with a weekly sliding scale.
- Company Phone: A company phone will be provided for work-related use.
- Company Vehicle: A company car will be assigned for corporate visits. The vehicle is for business use only and is not available for personal use.
- Paid Time Off:
- 8 paid holidays per year after 1 year of service.
- Accrue up to 6 sick days per year.
