Are you an experienced HVAC installer who takes pride in his craft and can lead a crew?
We’re looking for someone who:
● Cares about the work no one will ever see.
● Stops when something isn’t right instead of just “making it work.”
● Can look at the whole job, plan ahead and keep a crew organized.
● Presents solutions when they find problems.
● Takes accountability when he makes a mistake.
● Shows up on time with a good attitude.
● Is experienced, but still eager to learn.
Our installs can be complex. They aren’t always simple equipment swaps. We modify duct systems, improve returns and filtration, build larger plenums and make changes specifically to improve system performance.
If something takes longer but produces a better installation, we do it. Speed is not king.
Requirements:
- EPA Certification required
- 3+ years of experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces
What we provide:
We pay very well for the right person, offer performance bonuses and invest heavily in our installation department.
You’ll have quality tools, a fully stocked 16’ enclosed installation trailer and direct access to the owner when you need help or believe there’s a better way to do something.

You’re a job hopper, chronically late, sloppy, have a bad attitude, can’t take accountability, can’t be trained, or believe “good enough” is good enough.
Mistakes are acceptable. Lack of accountability is not.
