Licensed Estate Planning attorney needed with at least 5-10 year of full time experience in all areas of Estate Planning (drafting, delivery, presentation, execution), trust administration and probate. Preferably licensed in California and Nevada as an attorney. Also licensed as a California notary public. Desire a person who prefers to be behind the desk and get the work done as opposed to someone who likes to solicit new business or run a law practice.
