- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in consumer marketing, communications, public relations (PR), or content development supporting brand campaigns, influencer marketing, or content partnerships.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, program managing timelines and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience managing agency relationships.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience leading campaign and media plan development from brief to production and post-campaign analysis combined with experience utilizing market research and performance metrics to optimize campaign execution.
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
- Consumer tech experience preferred with strong understanding of product positioning.
- Familiarity with global, regional, and local dynamics.
- Demonstrated creative sensibility and passion for emerging technology trends.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills and the ability to operate a fluid environment with minimal assistance.

As a Health and Home Integrated Marketing Manager, you will serve as a key manager on the development of integrated brand campaigns that build brand and generate consideration for our products, acting as a collaborative partner for our paid media execution. You will connect creative concepts with technical execution, ensuring our campaign development moves smoothly from concepting through launch while monitoring performance, budgets, and retail partnerships.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Manage the end-to-end strategy and execution of global brand campaigns including asset development, agency management, budget oversight and measurement.
- Collaborate with partners in EMEA and APAC on campaign development.
- Support development of a global media strategy and collaborate on US-based media execution.
- Lead the integration of influencers and creators into campaign moments and sustain marketing.
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal and external partners to facilitate the rollout of GTM initiatives.
