Produce parts per work instructions by loading and positioning components
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using gauges and measuring tools
Track, record, and properly dispose of defective product
Ensure safety controls are functioning at start of shift
Report quality issues, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership
Package and label parts per required specifications (ISO/TS standards)
Assist with line changeovers and production setups
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company policies
Support team activities, material movement, and facility upkeep as needed
Participate in continuous improvement by submitting ideas regularly
Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED; must be 18+
Reliable attendance and strong work history
Ability to complete training and obtain certifications
Ability to assemble parts and work across production lines
Ability to meet production pace and quality standards
Basic mechanical aptitude (minor equipment adjustments/repairs)
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Basic math, reading, and communication skills
Team-oriented with strong safety and quality focus
Commitment to policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and exert up to 100 lbs of force as needed
Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with visual and mental focus demands
Willingness to work overtime, including up to 12-hour shifts and 7 days per week when required
