Job Summary:
Oversee the export process for goods being shipped internationally by air, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries. Responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with airlines, customs, and customers, and resolve any shipment issues. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient operations.
DUTIES:
- Prepare and manage air export documentation, including airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, export licenses, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate shipments with airlines, trucking companies, and forwarders to ensure timely departures
- Provide strong customer service, and communicate with customers regarding shipment status
- Monitor and track shipments throughout the export process, providing clients with timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise
- Handle billing for export shipments, and ensuring clients are invoiced promptly
- Address any issues or delays related to shipments efficiently
- Ensure all shipments meet TSA and IATA safety and security standards
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for the proper handling, storage, and dispatch of goods being exported
SCHEDULE:
- 9am - 6pm
- Monday - Friday
- Weekend Overtime as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in air export or international logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
