What We Provide
Established Student Base: You’ll support active students and families already enrolled in our programs.

Responsibilities
Respond to student and parent questions with professionalism, warmth, and clarity
Support students with scheduling, billing, lesson changes, and account-related needs
Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention
Communicate clearly with students, families, instructors, and internal team members
Help resolve concerns while creating a positive student experience
Simple data tracking and account updates

Self-motivated, proactive professionals
Musicianship experience preferred
Customer service experience in a professional setting
Strong conversation and relationship-building skills

We’re looking for support team members who connect deeply with students and families in a remote setting. Ideal candidates are warm, organized, responsive, and committed to creating an exceptional ongoing experience for active students.

- Our advisors work some evenings/weekends depending on team schedule. Are you able to commit to availability that may include these periods?
