A growing home services company in Orem, Utah is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to run residential service and maintenance calls across the Utah Valley. This is a full time, year round role with a stable customer base, a company vehicle, and strong earning potential through service and replacement opportunities. - Run residential HVAC service and maintenance calls from dispatch to close
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Perform tune ups and preventative maintenance on residential systems
- Present repair and replacement options clearly and honestly to homeowners
- Keep the company vehicle, tools, and inventory organized and stocked
- Document work performed and collect payment at the point of service
- 2 or more years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA 608 certification
- Comfortable diagnosing both heating and cooling systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
