We are seeking caring, dependable, and energetic Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage young children in age-appropriate learning activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, routines, and transitions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Follow program policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and required training
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Early childhood education credentials, coursework, or related education preferred
- Dependable, patient, positive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be able to pass all required background checks
- Must be willing and able to complete all training required for the position
Compensation will be based on education, credentials, and relevant experience.
