Job Summary
This position provides direct operational and administrative support to the co-owner, with a primary focus on logistics, inventory management, website maintenance, and internal systems. The role requires a methodical, process-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and minimal oversight. This is not a sales or client-facing role.
Key Responsibilites
· Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate product ordering and replenishment
· Track product testing schedules and maintain COA documentation
· Manage website updates, product listings, and backend content maintenance
· Oversee product labeling, packaging coordination, and fulfillment logistics
· Manage executive scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar coordination
· Maintain organized administrative records and internal documentation
· Assist with social media content posting on Instagram and TikTok as directed
· Complete ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills and Experience
· Demonstrated ability to manage detailed, process-driven work with a high degree of accuracy
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Competency with website platforms, backend tools, and digital systems
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
· Proven professional discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
· Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and take on responsibilities outside the defined scope
· Background in fitness, wellness, or the supplement industry preferred
