We Pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen, and are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to help support our Pizzology team. The ideal candidate for the position had previous experience, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multitasking effectively.
-Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using proven recipes.
-Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
-Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
-Work with team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed.
-Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.
-Work on particular station assigned by the Chef/Sous Chef manager.
-Know and adhere to all local, city, county, and state health codes.
-Follow WLD (Wrap, Label, and Date) procedures.
-Promote teamwork and associate morale.
-Able to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs.
