Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Call Taker to join our team. This remote position serves as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with scheduling inspections, answering questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Schedule home inspection appointments accurately and efficiently
- Provide information regarding services, pricing, and availability
- Enter and maintain customer information in company software
- Communicate effectively with inspectors and office staff
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on every call
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Previous customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required
