We are a fun and food driven company looking to add a passionate and knowledgeable Bar Manager to our growing management team. As Bar Manager, you will oversee all bar operations while supporting the overall success of the restaurant. He or she will play an integral role in daily operations, beverage program development, staff leadership, and maintaining a high-energy, service-focused atmosphere.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and front-of-house staff
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and liquor costs
- Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service and safety regulations
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar
- Support restaurant operations during peak business hours
Qualifications
- Bartending experience required
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
