Job Summary
We are seeking a Home Improvement Specialist 1099 contractor that is skilled and experienced to join our team. Permanent (W-2) employment possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various home improvement techniques, and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on existing residential homes or businesses. Performing repair and remodeling tasks and ensuring that all work is acceptable to our homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks including painting, vinyl flooring, and handyman tasks.
- Variety of handyman repairs. Note: we do NOT perform plumbing, electrical or HVAC work.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete projects.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with company owner to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- US Citizen

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of home improvement and installation techniques
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
