Roofing Subcontractor Crew Wanted
We are seeking an experienced roofing subcontractor crew for ongoing residential roofing projects. Must have experience with complete roof replacements, tear-offs, decking repairs, underlayment installation, flashing, ventilation, and shingle installation to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements:
● Established roofing crew
● General liability and workers’ compensation insurance
● Reliable transportation and necessary roofing equipment
● Ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
● Knowledge of local building codes and safety requirements
● Ability to provide references and examples of previous work
Work consists primarily of residential asphalt shingle roof replacements. Consistent work available for the right crew. Prompt payment and clear communication provided.
