Assistant General Manager
Full-Time | Hospitality Operations
We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. This role partners closely with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and a consistently high standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members; support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to model hospitality standards and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Support inventory processes, cost controls, and adherence to company financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Assist with operational planning, promotional execution, and process improvements that elevate guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, or related service environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Understanding of operational metrics, scheduling, labor controls, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
