We're building a team of ambitious Membership Sales Officers who are passionate about helping people travel smarter while earning uncapped commissions.
The Role
As a Membership Sales Officer, your primary responsibility is to introduce potential customers to the Islandcraze Membership and guide them through the enrollment process.
You'll generate leads, educate prospective members on the value of the membership, answer questions, and close sales using our sales platform and marketing resources.

Responsibilities
- Promote the Islandcraze Membership to prospective customers.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Explain membership features, pricing, and benefits.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into paying members.
- Assist customers throughout the registration process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and completed sales.
- Meet individual monthly sales targets.
- Represent the Islandcraze brand professionally at all times.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings when required.
- Stay informed about membership updates, promotions, and travel offers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and online.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Reliable internet connection and smartphone or computer.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation
This is a commission-based position. Membership Sales Officers earn commissions for every successfully completed and verified membership sale. High performers have unlimited earning potential based on their results.
