We are looking for dependable, hardworking landscape and/or hardscape professionals to join our growing team. Whether you have years of experience or are looking to learn the trade, we’re interested in people who take pride in their work and want an opportunity to grow.
This is a hands-on, labor-intensive position that requires working outdoors, staying active throughout the day, and occasionally working long days to complete projects. The work can be physically demanding, but for the right person, there is room for growth and advancement based on strong performance, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Most, but not all, of our work will be in and around Guild, TN and Jasper, TN. Employees should also be prepared to travel to job sites throughout the greater Chattanooga area as projects require.
What You'll Do
- Install and maintain high-quality landscape and hardscape projects
- Work with plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, and other hardscape features
- Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Deliver quality workmanship while meeting project expectations
What We're Looking For
- Landscape and/or hardscape experience is preferred, but not required
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift/move materials
- Comfortable working long days when project schedules require it
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Experience operating landscape or construction equipment is a plus
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- Willingness to travel to different job sites throughout the Chattanooga area
