Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and highly qualified Full Time Nursing Instructor with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to join our dynamic educational team. Duties

- Develop, review, and update curriculum materials aligned with accreditation standards and evolving healthcare practices.
- Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations at teaching hospitals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality patient care.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, documentation review, and skill demonstrations; provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Incorporate learning technology platforms such as Blackboard and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and nursing management to coordinate clinical placements, ensuring real-world experience in acute care, ICU, pediatrics, senior care, primary care, and specialized units like ICU or pediatric wards.
- Conduct research projects related to nursing education or healthcare practices; contribute findings to academic journals or conferences when appropriate.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in clinical or academic settings with a focus on nursing education.
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms like Blackboard for course management and student tracking.
- Experience working in teaching hospitals or healthcare environments with exposure to patient care across various specialties such as critical care, pediatrics, primary care, and senior care.
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes aligned with higher education standards.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology, documentation review, care plans, and nursing administration principles.
- Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners effectively using innovative learning technology tools.
- Background in research related to nursing practice or education; experience with hospital or ICU environments is highly desirable.
