Position Details:
We are currently seeking a part-time Massage Therapist with availability for consistent evening shifts (2:00pm-8:00pm),
including weekday evenings and weekend evening availability. This position is ideal for a therapist looking for a reliable evening schedule within a
Luxury hotel spa environment
Additional opportunities may be available to pick up shifts during vacations, busy periods, and team member time off.
Experience
- Current State of Illinois Massage Therapy License
- Dual license (Massage Therapist & Esthetician) is a plus
- Willingness to learn and perform signature spa treatments unique to our location
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- As a hotel spa, flexibility is essential to meet guest needs and service demands
Compensation
- Average service earnings: $70–$100+ based on service commission, gratuity, and hourly pay
- Service Commission: 25% (with potential increase after 90 days based on performance)
- Retail Commission: 10%
- Suggested Gratuity: 20%
- Hourly Rate: $9.00 per hour (plus service commission)
- Training Hourly Rate: $15 per hour
