About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Logistics and Installation Specialists to join our network of independent contractors. In this role, you will ensure that high-quality fitness equipment and home furnishings reach their destination safely and are expertly installed, directly impacting customer satisfaction and product enjoyment.
Responsibilities-
Execute the precise delivery and professional setup of fitness gear and furniture within residential settings.

Interpret complex assembly instructions to ensure all items are installed to manufacturer standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive delivery experience.

Optimize daily routing and scheduling to maintain high efficiency and timely service delivery.

Manage digital documentation and reporting to confirm successful project completion.

Maintain a safe and organized workspace during the assembly process to protect customer property.

Possession of a reliable, adequately insured commercial vehicle (van or box truck).

Ability to operate as a two-person team to handle heavy lifting and complex installations.

Proven capability to pass comprehensive background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.

Proficiency with mobile technology for communication and route management.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment safely.

Prior professional experience in furniture assembly or white-glove delivery services.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools.
